Delivery Times

We manufacture almost all of our playground equipment at our factory in Kassel and produce exclusively to order. This means that we do not keep finished playground equipment in stock, but rather start production individually for your order. This allows us to react flexibly to requirements and plan reliable delivery times.

 

 Production Start and Payment Method

For prepayment, production begins as soon as payment is received by us. Please consider this in your scheduling, as the delivery period will otherwise be delayed accordingly.

 

 Delivery Times and Delivery

The current delivery time varies depending on the product and is displayed on the respective product detail page.

 

If you order several items with different delivery times from us within one order, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire consignment will be the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

 Naturally, we accommodate individual delivery requests and offer storage options under certain conditions to enable flexible and needs-based delivery.
