A. Shipping Information
I. Delivery Area
We ship within Germany and, upon request, to other EU countries and internationally.
Deliveries within Germany are subject to the flat-rate shipping fees listed below.
Deliveries to other EU countries are generally available upon request. Since shipping costs and logistical requirements vary depending on the destination country, product type, dimensions, and delivery address, we calculate shipping costs on a case-by-case basis. Before placing your order, please send us an inquiry with the item, quantity, and complete delivery address—including country and ZIP code—to info@espas.de. We will check the shipping options and promptly inform you of the delivery time and applicable shipping costs.
International deliveries outside the EU are also available upon request. Please contact us at info@espas.de with the item, quantity, and complete shipping address. We will check the shipping options and get back to you shortly with the applicable costs and delivery time.
II. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the ordered products and are divided into the following categories:
Category 1 (Accessories and spare parts, excluding nets): €10.71 incl. VAT
Category 2 (Accessories: Nets): €14.28 incl. VAT
Category 3 (Waste bins, bike racks): €142.80 incl. VAT
Category 4 (Boxes, outdoor fitness equipment): €285.60 incl. VAT.
Category 5 (Benches and seating sets, group play equipment, slides): €297.50 incl. VAT.
Category 6 (Spring rockers, swings, seesaws): €303.45 incl. tax.
Category 7 (Spinning rides): €357.00 incl. tax.
Category 8 (Other sports equipment, balancing equipment, climbing equipment, zip lines): €464.10 incl. VAT
Category 9 (inclusive play equipment, toddler play equipment, play towers): €690.20 incl. VAT
For orders containing products from different categories, shipping costs are calculated based on the flat-rate shipping fee for the product in the highest category.
Products in Category 1 (accessories and spare parts, excluding nets) are shipped via DHL parcel service.
Products in all other categories are delivered by freight carrier to the curb. Please arrange for suitable unloading assistance on-site. The driver is not obligated to assist with unloading.

IV. Delivery Information
1.) Delivery Times
Delivery times are displayed on the respective product detail page for each specific product.
If you order multiple items from us in a single order that have different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
2.) Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the close of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 30 days, specifying the payment reference. The bank details and the purpose of the transfer will be provided to you separately via email during the order processing.
2. Purchase on account
After receiving the goods, please transfer the amount due to our bank account within 30 days.
